  1. Vitamin C (as Ascrobic Acid) (250 mg), essential for human survival and is known to be packed with antioxidants. Vitamin C is commonly used to help fight off the common cold. According to one study, this vitamin may be effective in helping to reduce fatigue as well as regulating the heart rate, especially for people who regularly work out.
  2. Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) (400 IU), commonly referred to as the “sunlight vitamin”. The reason for its association with the sun stems from the fact that vitamin D is synthesized when the skin is directly exposed to the sun’s radiation. It is widely accepted that vitamin D helps to promote bone health, and enhances the mood. Incredibly, one study noted that a daily 3332 IU supplementation managed to increase free testosterone levels, on average from 10.7±3.9 nmol/l to 13.4±4.7 nmol/l.
  3. Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) (25 mg) is known to help improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as providing many benefits to the cardiovascular system. Trials have shown that individuals suffering from dyslipidemia experienced increases in circulating LDL-C after vitamin B3 supplementation. Moreover, the human body depends on this vitamin to enable it to perform more than “100 enzyme reactions” associated with the metabolism.   10. D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) (3 g) works in the central brain region and helps to regulate testosterone synthesis. Repeated trials seem to suggest that D-aspartic acid is a respectable libido enhancer as well as a testosterone booster. One study involving 60 infertile male subjects were administered with 2.66 g daily and experienced average increases of up to 60%. Wreckage contains a massive amount of ingredients, many of which in my opinion are associated with improved cognition. Looking at this supplement purely with my testosterone booster hat on, it only contains two ingredients that are effective in this regard, vitamin D3, and D-aspartic acid.

Therefore in terms of testosterone enhancement, I would say this supplement is below average.

But in terms of the supplement designed to enhance performance and mental cognition, it’s definitely up there with the best because MusclePharm Hardcore have included some high quality, well researched ingredients.
